Account deletion

Open Rysa, choose Account, then Delete account. Enter your account password and confirm the permanent deletion. This removes the active account, sessions, saved progress and progress history. It also clears the account's local learning progress on the device completing deletion. Deletion does not require a payment.
Request deletion without the app
Email admin@shieldwall.ltd with the subject Rysa account deletion, preferably from the email address registered to your account. State that you want your Rysa account and associated data deleted. Do not send your password. We may verify account ownership before completing the request. These instructions are available at https://rysa.shieldwall.ltd/delete-account.
Local data and retained records
For local play without an account, remove the app's local data or uninstall the app. A cloud deletion does not remotely erase other offline devices. Restricted backups or legally required records may remain until their applicable retention period ends. Contact admin@shieldwall.ltd for details.
