Rysa is owned, operated and published by Shield Wall Limited, CRN 123796, Suite 19, Block 6, Watergardens, GX11 1AA, Gibraltar. Our official website is https://rysa.shieldwall.ltd/. Contact admin@shieldwall.ltd. These terms govern your use of Rysa alongside the applicable Apple or Google store terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Learning and access
Rysa provides Ukrainian vocabulary practice for personal learning. Translations, pronunciation guides, badges and progress indicators are learning aids, not certifications or guarantees of fluency. Words can have additional meanings depending on context. Report errors to admin@shieldwall.ltd.
Free browser version
The browser game at https://rysa.shieldwall.ltd/play is currently free, with no advertising or purchases. It does not offer account creation or cloud synchronization. Progress is saved only in the current browser and can be lost when site data is cleared, private browsing ends or the browser or device is changed. An internet connection is needed to load the game. The account and app-store provisions below apply only where those features are available.
Local play and accounts
You can practise on your device without an account. An optional account lets you back up and synchronize progress. Keep your login details secure and use an email address you control. Local-only progress may be lost if you uninstall the app, clear its data or lose the device. Synchronization requires a connection and can be interrupted.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or distribute unlawful material through support channels. We may restrict account access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or comply with law. Contact us if you believe a restriction was applied in error.
Ownership and licences
Shield Wall Limited and its licensors retain their respective rights in Rysa, its branding and content. You may use the app for personal learning. Third-party software and materials remain subject to their own licences. These terms do not transfer ownership or limit uses permitted by law.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free learning content. We may update the app and correct content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or applicable mandatory consumer protections.
Ending use and changes
You may stop using Rysa at any time. Uninstalling does not delete a cloud account. Use Account, then Delete account, or contact admin@shieldwall.ltd to request account deletion. We will make material changes to these terms available in the app before they take effect where required by law.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Gibraltar, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings available in their country of residence. Questions and complaints can be sent to admin@shieldwall.ltd or the publisher's postal address.
